Found close to the centre of Kingham it's in prime position to be able to make the most of the village's gastro pub and a well-stocked local shop. The village is also on the mainline for London Oxford and Worcester making it ideally situated for touring a larger area. By contrast there's so much beautiful countryside in the Cotswolds famous for its lush green hills and farm land.

Kingham is a great base for discovering the area with Stratford-upon-Avon Blenheim Palace Oxford or Cheltenham all within a leisurely drive. Local restaurants and pubs in the market towns of Stow-on-the-Wold and Chipping Norton are just a few miles away. On arrival at the property the welcoming lounge is full of comfortable seating tasteful furniture and a TV/DVD with Freeview.

The separate dining room/conservatory has a large table with seating for six guests with double doors opening out onto the patio making it the ideal social space for larger groups to enjoy a home-cooked meal together. The kitchen comes well-equipped with an electric oven and hob a microwave a dishwasher fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms the first of which has a double bed with ample storage and an en suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom is a twin. Nearby is a spacious bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. Outside is a sheltered private patio garden which is can be a good sun trap in the right conditions with garden furniture.

It's the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. There is a shared passageway with direct access to the lane outside with ample parking.
