The picturesque village of Bourton on the Water is packed with things to see and do to suit all tastes. Enjoy exploring the Motor Museum and take a stroll through the Model Village and for enthusiastic walkers and cyclists there is access to the Winchcombe and Cotswold Way established paths covering this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Further afield are Cheltenham famed for the Gold Cup Oxford and Stratford-upon-Avon. The area is also well served by the National Trust with Snowshill Manor Hidcote Gardens Chastleton House and Chedworth Roman Villa. Other attractions include Cotswolds Farm Park Cotswold Wildlife Park Weston Arboretum Blenhiem Palace Slimbridge Wildfowl and Wetland Gloucester Waterways Museum and the Cotswold Water Park.

Step on through into the lounge where the exposed beams leaded windows and inglenook fireplace are again complemented by vibrant coloured sofas creating the perfect space to relax with friends there is a wood burner and TV. Step into the kitchen where you will be pleasantly surprised by the vaulted ceilings the dark grey units finished with brass handles and granite work tops will impress the best of chefs.

This space is well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. There is a bathroom on the ground floor with a shower over bath and WC. So when the day is done climb the cottage stairs where you will find two bedrooms on the first floor. A twin room with leaded windows offering views onto the lane and single room with leaded windows and village views.

Climb the steep turning cottage stairs to the second floor where you will find a super-king-size bedroom within the eaves an original dorma window offering views onto the lane and church steeple there is also an en-suite WC. Open the doors as you make your morning coffee the cottage gardens offer a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine.

There is off-road parking for two cars and bicycle storage. Please note there are 2 gardens one is fully enclosed the other has a parking space with a gate across the communal area.
