The peaceful hamlet of Syreford is surrounded by countryside and sits just to the east of the Regency Spa town of Cheltenham. It's easy to enjoy local walks with well waymarked paths that will guide you through the Cotswold Countryside. You are well placed for touring the larger Cotswold market towns to include Winchcombe Bourton-on-the-Water Broadway and Stow-on-the-Wold.

Cheltenham boasts a theatre and hosts many festivals throughout the year. Cirencester and Tetbury are also within easy reach. This area is rich in history and well served by the National Trust with houses and gardens to include Chedworth Roman Villa Hidcote Gardens and Chastleton House. The cottage sits within an acre of established gardens and offers a warm welcome for all that come and stay.

Step inside the entrance hall spacious with room for coats and boots and a WC with double doors. From here you can access the lounge a south facing room with wood burner and French doors offering views onto the gardens and paddock beyond along with comfortable seating and a TV where you enjoy a good movie.

The kitchen/diner is also off the hallway a light and spacious room that is perfect for home cooking and entertaining. The contemporary style kitchen is well equipped with oak worktops electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge/ freezer dishwasher and washing machine and dining a table and chairs for four.

When the day is done climb the stairs where you will find two bedrooms or there is a vertical lift for visitors who cannot use the stairs (please request when booking). There is a super-king-size zip-and-link (that can be made up into twin beds by request when booking) with en-suite shower room with shower and WC with double doors that can be presented with or without grab rails fitted.

Across the landing is a double bedroom with garden views and its own shower room with large shower with built in seat and WC accessible from the landing. Outside the cottage has a patio area that has step free access from the lounge. This opens onto a large garden with trees plenty of wildlife and enough space for ball games.

A great place for summer dining and relaxing. There is a gas BBQ bike storage and off-road parking for two cars. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 super king size zip and link (that can be made up into twin beds by request) 1 double. 1 en suite shower room with shower and WC suitable for a wheelchair user, 1 shower room with shower and WC, separate WC.
