Spend a day in the Cotswolds where you can take your pick of picturesque villages or wander one of the many National Trust gardens. Take a trip to Cheltenham famed for a day at the races or one of their many festivals.

The area has a vibrant events calendar hosting events throughout the year to suit all tastes including food festivals the medieval festival and blossom trail. Enjoy the views across the countryside as you approach the electric gates that offer access to the farmyard. The barn is set to the side and enjoys far reaching views.

Step inside to the kitchen a spacious area where you can store coats and boots after a day exploring in the under stairs cupboard the kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. For breakfast you gather with friends around the circular table set for four to plan the day ahead.

The lounge/diner is perfect for relaxing after a busy day you can relax in style in front of the wood burner (first basket of logs provided) there is also a TV. For entertaining a generously sized table for six that's perfect for a celebration supper. When the day is done climb the stairs where there are two bedrooms.

There are 400 acres of farmland of which you can explore via the Farm Walk routes waymarked by the owner. There is off road parking for two cars.

2 Dogs welcome. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 2 doubles. 2 bathrooms 1 en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC and 1 en suite shower and WC and separate WC. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. TV in lounge. Travel cot and highchair available. Wood burner (first basket of logs provided).
