Cheltenham is only 8 miles famed for the Gold Cup and Literature Festival. And there are many other pretty towns and villages to visit locally including Painswick Nailsworth Cirencester and Tetbury all within 15 miles. The cottage forms part of a terrace and is set back from the road. It is accessed via a small porch with space for coats and boots after a day of exploring the area and walks from your doorstep.

From here you will enter a light and spacious living area where you can relax in the comfortable seating in front of the TV with Freeview box and flame-effect electric wood burning style fire. The property also benefits from underfloor heating throughout for those chilly evenings. The kitchen is situated at the rear of the cottage is well-equipped and offers everything you would need for your stay along with a dining space with a table and chairs.

The cottage-style staircase leads up to a small landing where guests have the choice of two bedrooms: a double room with a dressing room and a twin room. There is also a shower room with a double rain fall shower and WC. Outside and to the front of the cottage there is a small bench where you can watch the world go by and to the rear is an open area of lawn with a table and chairs.

There is private parking for two cars. Within a minute walk you will find a dog walking field and children's play park. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin. 1 shower room with rainfall shower with WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Travel cot and highchair available by request.
