A table and chairs finish the room where you can sit with a glass of wine and relax whilst dinner is prepared. On this floor there is a separate WC with utility area where you will find the washing machine and tumble dryer. Stepping through to the lounge/diner where you will be pleasantly surprised by the vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling windows that frame the view.

A wood burner warms the room with comfortable sofas and armchairs that front the stunning views to the rear of the room a formal dining table and chairs that lends well for a celebration supper. There is a further snug with wood burner with low ceilings where you can hide away with a good book or enjoy a movie on the TV.

Then when the day is done climb the stairs where there are two bedrooms a king-size with an en-suite shower room and WC and a king-size with stunning views. A further bathroom is on this floor where you can enjoy soaking in the claw foot bath which has a shower over and WC. The gardens are situated to the side of the cottage they are split level offering a table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the views.

There is off-road parking for two cars. Need to know: 2 Bedrooms king size. 1 Bathroom, 1 en suite shower room and 1 separate WC.
