The River Coln for fly fishing or exploring the river banks as it joins the River Thames in Lechlade.

Also within easy reach to the many picturesque towns within the Cotswolds such as Burford Bourton on the Water Cirencester Stow-on-the-Wold and Cheltenham which is famous for the races. For enthusiastic gardeners there is Batsford Arboretum and garden centre. With numerous National Trust homes to include Chedworth Roman Villas and Chastleton House.

Enter through the front door into the timeless well equipped shaker style country kitchen and dining area with plenty of space to prepare special meals for you and your loved one and enjoy lazy morning coffee and breakfast while you prepare for the day ahead.

With electric oven and hobs cooking up your favourite meals is easy and with a dishwasher microwave fridge freezer and washing machine you will be set up for any eventuality. Step through into the comfy and cosy lounge with a wood burner to enjoy on those chilly evenings as well as a TV and DVD to while away the evening with a glass of your favourite tipple and maybe your four legged friend snoozing in front of the fire.

At the end of a fun filled day in the Cotswolds and an evening of relaxing wind your way up the twisting staircase to the romantic double bedroom with ensuite which is complimented by original exposed beams and modern stylish furnishings. The bathroom offers either a bath to soak away in as well as a convenient shower over the bath.

There is a modest gravelled driveway with outside seating area and it should be noted that this is not enclosed. There is the village green a short walk away and plenty of paths nearby to take your favourite four legged friend. Need to know: Bedroom: 1 double with en suite bathroom. Outside: gravelled driveway with seating. Property has no direct access to garden areas although village green is a short walk away.

Parking for 1 car. 1 small dog by arrangement. Pub within walking distance, community village store 2 miles.
