Also within easy reach to the many picturesque towns within the Cotswolds such as Burford Bourton on the Water Cirencester Stow-on-the-Wold and Cheltenham which is famous for the races. For enthusiastic gardeners there is Batsford Arboretum and garden centre. With numerous National Trust homes to include Chedworth Roman Villas and Chastleton House.
