With Oxford Burford and the Thames-side town of Abingdon just 12 miles away you can enjoy the best of both worlds.

You don t even need to do the dishes as there is also a dishwasher. Leading on from the kitchen and lounge you will find a dining room with large farmhouse table and chairs to seat eight which can be adapted for ten. Also on this floor you will find a twin bedroom with two single beds and a third bed on request and en-suite shower room with WC.

Heading up to the first floor you will find a large gallery landing leading to a king size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom which has a shower over the bath and WC. Also a double bedroom a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. The four bedrooms can comfortably sleep eight people there is also a Z bed available on request making it an ideal destination to enjoy a relaxing break for a group of families or friends.

Heading through the large patio doors you will find a delightful enclosed terrace garden with a BBQ and outside furniture for you to sit back and enjoy a chilled glass of wine on a warm summers evening.
