Spring Lake is located within the Cotswold Water Park and provides a perfect location for a wide variety of water-based activities. Those looking to get their adrenaline pumping will be spoilt for choice with activities such as windsurfing kayaking sailing paddleboarding fishing inflatable rides and water skiing all available.

You will also have access to the on-site resort facilities which include a variety of places to eat and drink spa facilities and a gym. The lodge is less than a mile from the delightful village of South Cerney and the market town of Cirencester is just 6 miles away with an array of dining options and independent shops.

This welcoming lodge has a wonderful open-plan ground floor which provides a great space to both relax and entertain. The front door opens directly into the contemporary kitchen and there is a ground-floor shower room with WC. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer coffee machine and dishwasher.

The open-plan lounge/diner is thoughtfully finished with a table and bench-style seating for six to dine together comfortable sofas for your whole group and a large Smart TV to finish the day with a movie. The lounge also benefits from a lovely wood burner for the colder months making the lodge a fantastic year-round option.

There is further storage downstairs in a separate cupboard to hang coats which also has a washing machine for guests to use. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom with a handheld shower over the bath and WC. The master suite has a queen-size bed and fantastic views across the lake.

There is also a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom with full-size beds that can sleep adults as well as children. From the lounge patio doors lead directly onto the enclosed decking with glass balustrades. The stylish glass finish maximizes the view of the lake. There is a table with chairs deck chairs for sunbathing and a BBQ for al fresco dining.

There is off-road allocated parking for two cars directly outside the property. From the lodge you are just a short walk away from a children's play area and the wide variety of water sports offered across the Cotswold Water Park. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 queen size, 1 double, and 1 bunk bedroom with full size beds (due to the size of the lodge it is recommended for 2 4 adults, but can accommodate 6 adults (as the bunk beds are adult size) if required, bearing in mind it is a 82m2 property and 6 adults would make it cosy).
