The Quintessential village of Frampton on Severn is steeped in history with many pretty cottages that front the famous Rosamund s Green where you can sit by the ponds or watch cricket on The Green perfect for walking with paths in and around the village to include a short walk to Saul Junction where the Gloucester & Sharpness Canal meets the Stroudwater Canal and was a great meeting place for ships and crew as this was the route that the tall ships took from the River Severn to Gloucester Docks a few miles up the canal.
